RETREAT OVERVIEW
This ten-day program is especially designed for wellbeing through focus on mental health and peace. Our goal will be to disconnect our selves from reading or writing any literature. We will preserve silence by not talking, and not even making any eye contact, with each other. This retreat requires discipline to stay disengaged from any source of outward communication for the purpose of observing what is happening within our body. You will be guided through our especially designed activities to achieve stillness and a sense of calm.
There is no age-limit for participation in this program.
JOURNEY EXPERIENCE
This program is structured to allow a deepening experience of your self. Our mind is usually not able to achieve intense and heightened awareness in the societal arena hence the need to withdraw into a singular space. We create an environment that invites the mind to delve deep within.
For the first few days you will experience a range of emotions that will vary from angry, fearful, sexual and sad thoughts to feelings of tension and intoxication – the ego will lay out a plethora of variations. As you wade through these thoughts and emotions, their intensity will decrease and your observations will shift towards your body, mind and your inner-self. As your observations intensify, you will realize a tuning of the mind and body within your self. A sense of clarity towards yourself and your life goals will begin to emerge. This aligning of senses will present you with different ways of viewing life as well as situations. The mind itself will reveal possibilities that you didn’t see before you entered this program.

- Individual accommodation in single bed private room with three meals included.
- All meals will be vegetarian organic food.
- Tea/coffee/herbal tea will be served once a day.
