This program is dedicated towards self-growth through an ideal atmosphere that helps you to actualize yourself as an individual as well as a social entity.
Our goal is all round wellbeing that takes care of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual spheres. Engaging activities such as Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Dance Therapy and Art Therapy will contribute to your sense of attainment. Live music, Nature walks, Organic food will enhance the balance you will feel right from day one. The personalized ‘Light Sessions’ will add to your sense of contentment and bliss
LIGHT SESSION
A personal session expressly designed for individuals who wish to address their spiritual queries. This one-to-one session will be mentored and guided by a light counselor from the beginning up until the completion of your retreat.
